Chapel Anniversary is celebrated at the beginning of February. We usually have some entertainment on the Saturday night followed by a special service on the Sunday.
Over the past few years we have been entertained on several occasions by “The Salford Hospitals’ Choir and the Dovedale Singers”
The Dovedale Singers are based in Stockport and meet to rehearse on a Friday night whilst the Salford Hospitals’ Choir meet at Hope Hospital on a Thursday night.
Both choirs raise money for local charities by giving concerts and both have performed at the Bridgewater Hall, Manchester in the East meets West concert on several occasions.
Several of our Church Members sing with the Salford Hospitals’ Choir with Mr Phil Thornley as Choir Master for both.
