The Garden Festival was the dream of one of our Members Don Booth. It took months to plan and organise but the results made everything worth while. There were many displays from the Organisations within the Church as well as support from the local community. Unlike the Royal Horticultural Society who banned Gnomes from their Garden Shows we supported the Gnomes and even had a visit from one. The surrounding pictures show a selection of the displays which were only a small part of the whole weekend. The Sunday morning service encompassed the Garden Festival with two members taking on the parts of Adam and Eve. The whole weekend was a great success thanks to the hard work of many people.
